Healthy fudge to feed the soul =)

We all need a little "sweetness" in our life!  If you are like me, you like to keep the sweets minimal, but what if they could be healthy?  When I want a little something sweet, I reach for one of these babies!

Freezer Fudge

- 1 C sunbutter (you can use any nutbutter, we are low oxalate)
- 1/4 C soft coconut oil
- 1 1/2 Tbs raw honey
- 1 Tbsp cocoa butter (optional, but tasty)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- sprinkled sea salt

Gently melt the cocoa butter and coconut oil and let cool while mixing the rest of the ingredients together.  Add oil mixture and mix until blended smooth.  Line a square baking dish with parchment paper, fill with mixture, top with salt and freeze until solid.  Remove, cut into squares then return to the container and store it in the freezer.

Tasty little grab-able bites of goodness and protein!

  1. Oooh, sounds delicious. I'll need to add this into my arsenal of snacks for my kids and for myself :)
